acts 10Where is the support that says being born again is having remission of sin?
No biblical support. Nada.
Isolation said:acts 10
43 All the prophets testify about him that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.
44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit came on all who heard the message.
they got the holy spirit because of this forgiveness
Well, they would have to have heard, or else they would never know at all (cognitively, not just spiritually), once having heard, then God can make them born again, and the give them the faith that leads to forgiveness...........right?That supports faith coming by hearing. So when they heard, they were born again which gave them the faith to believe which lead to forgiveness.

Fencerguy said:John 3:5 "Jesus answered, 'Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.'"
Galatians 3:25-27
"Now that this faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian.
26 So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, 27 for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ."
Acts 2:37-38
"When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, Brothers, what shall we do?
38 Peter replied, Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."
Titus 3:5
"he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit..."
Romans 6:3-4
"Or dont you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? 4 We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life."
1 Peter 3:20-21
"to those who were disobedient long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah while the ark was being built. In it only a few people, eight in all, were saved through water, 21 and this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you alsonot the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God.[a] It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ, "
Still think there is no Biblical support for being born again by water and spirit?
Not really. That is the point. If God doesn't change a person first, they won't believe. You must be born again to see (believe) the kingdom of God.
Isolation said:im not sure how you say i took that out of context =P
Well the blind man was healed by the LordBecause your conclusion to what Christ was saying isn't what was intended, based on the context.
Isolation said:Well the blind man was healed by the Lord
He was blind from birth
Then he said that parable
That those who can 'see' are really just blind.
THeir sins remain intact.
But those who are 'blind' are the ones the Lord opens their eyes.
Their sin is no more
