  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Afghanistan
(a restricted nation that suppresses the Gospel and martyrs followers of Christ.)

99.8% of Afghans are Muslim. Population: 39 Million

Both local and national governmental are highly antagonistic to Christians. Extremists like ISIS and the Taliban actively persecute believers, as well as the same being done by a person's family/friends.

Afghan Christians cannot worship openly. Beatings, torture and kidnapping are routine for Christians in Afghanistan.

Access to Bibles is extremely limited, as they cannot be legal sold or distributed in the country. Underground Bible smuggling and audio Bibles are usually how believers get a copy of the Bible, if they are blessed enough to get one.

Radio broadcasts, discipleship training and front-line workers are other means of spreading the Gospel. There are no churches in Afghanistan, except for secret home church gatherings, etc.

Being a Christian in Afghanistan can carry the death sentence, but persecuted believers there are faithful to preach Jesus Christ crucified to their friends and neighbors.

Please pray for Afghanistan's people, both believers and non-believers.
