Hi Sunshine,
Thank you very much for your response.
I have no idea which part of Toronto to move to.
My first priority is to be relocate near to a good elementary public school
for the children due to cost reasons.
and a safe neighbourhood for them to grow up in as I am also planning to
look for jobs in Toronto.
Therefore I am really open for any suggestions.
Thanks again.

Rgds
Paul.

hi paul!
I'm more familiar with the west side of the city (west of Yonge). to start, here's a few areas I would avoid (no offense meant to anyone who lives in these areas! I've actually lived in a few of them myself): Jane & Finch area, some areas of Rexdale, Regent Park, and some areas of Scarborough (east end) are pretty rough.
some schools you might want to check (most are in Etobicoke): Rosethorn, John G Althouse, Wedgewood (has French Immersion), Princess Margaret, Norseman, Sir Adam Beck, St. Gregory's (this one is a Catholic school, part of the separate school board).
some good high schools: Martingrove CI, North Toronto CI, Richview CI (has French Immersion), William Lyon Mackenzie CI

here's the website for the Toronto District School Board http://www.tdsb.on.ca
good luck! :)

If you are looking for a good church in the Toronto area i would definitely check out "The Peoples Church" on Sheppard just west of Bayview. They are very sound Scripturally and very missions oriented. They also offer a Christian school on site as well.

Bon voyage & Merry CHRISTmas,
