I have found that if it's jammed, don't force it. Take the time to figure out what the problem is. Otherwise, you break it.

I can agree to this. You can use this in most of life's problems... as you get older you aquire the patience to take the time to figure out what the problem is, and face it as a challenge. Instead of rushing and and breaking things. Good one Migs!

Those naps sure come easily these days....And 15 minutes is usually about all it takes to feel refreshed. I can sleep through noise. Insominia is no problem for me. And I can wake up early without any kind of alarm. It just naturally happens about the same time each day. And if I need to get up earlier for some reason, all I have to do is think about it before I go to bed. Does this work for any of you?

YES PROM! It happens with me too! Except it's always happened with me. All I have to do is say: "Wake up at 6" and then the next morning I wake up and look at the clock and it's 6! It's like I'm the alarm clock and I set me.
It's kinda spooky but it works! I thought it was just me though.

No one expects you to run into a burning building.
People call at 9 PM and ask, "Did I wake you?"
People no longer view you as a hypochondriac.
There is nothing left to learn the hard way.
Things you buy now won't wear out.
You can eat dinner at 4 P.M.
"OLD" IS WHEN....
You get into heated arguments about pension plans.
You have a party and the neighbors don't even realize it.
You no longer think of speed limits as a challenge.
You quit trying to hold your stomach in, no matter who walks into the room.
You sing along with elevator music.
Your eyes won't get much worse.
Your health plan is beginning to pay off.
Your joints are more accurate meteorologists than the national weather service.
Your secrets are safe with your friends because they can't remember them either.
Your supply of brain cells is finally down to manageable size.
