  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I'm 24 and sometimes I feel like I'm 18 and sometimes I feel like I'm 40. It's tough being in this transitional period. But I've realized that when you become more adult you can't have or enjoy fun childish stuff, e.g. kiddie movies, cartoons, and things aimed at kids. Patience and attention spans also decrease, it's harder to stay focused on things that you yourself would consider childish.

The fact of the matter is we do not choose when we become adults. I think that by religous definition "becoming an adult" comes when we are gifted the ability to "create life". (This comes around the age of 13 for guys and 11 for girls) NOW...This definition deals with the physical, as it should, SO it is possible to be an adult and acy like a child. It is also possible for a child to act like an adult. The Biblical age for an adult was around 13. AND as a side note it is interesting to know that when a male reached this age they were circumsized, expected to marry and start a family very soon, and were expected to ACT LIKE ADULTS! This is what is different from that day to the present.
