I attend a mission with no resident priest, so we get no Holy Week services at all yet (and won't til we get our own priest). Most of us drive to the mother parish (which is 1-1/2 hours away) and stay for the weekend. Luckily, there are people willing to put you up if you can't afford to stay in a hotel. Most of us go up for the Holy Friday services and stay through the Vespers service on Pascha, though some manage to get down there on Thursday evening in time for the service with the 12 Gospel readings. I will be going down on Holy Friday and coming back either late Sunday afternoon or early that evening.
