Adobe Flash Player

I need to update the Adobe Flash Player, but it wants me to download the Google toolbar and Google Chrome,,,,I have no place to say I do not want those things installed...suggestions.

Adobe - Install Adobe Flash Player

There is nothing about Google there. And on the off chance it's in the installer (which I can't remember if it is), it's totally optional and you can deselect it.

Yes, I did find the box to uncheck... the Google Chrome and toolbar....you must do that or it automatically installs with the Flash Player....I think I was looking at the box yesterday and did not realize it was live.
