Adding/Subtracting from the Bible?

This has been thrown around here lately, the claims that TE's consistently "add to" or "subtract from" the bible. Can someone please tell me what exactly that means, using scripture, and without contradicting themselves in the process?

Just a random thought. From what I understand, the idea of not being allowed to add or delete stuff from the Bible is itself actually an addition to what is actually said in Revelation, i.e., it's actually referring to the book of Revelation.
