Hap. it is good to have you back in the fold again, at least for a bit. You asked what type of gift it might be, and my answer is that it is a RARE one, LOL. Hopefully in a few years, it will be more common.

My tract covers all that, as a consultant I do a lot of talking, but on the streets, I let the Spirit lead, I dont go in for clever patter or oratory...not interested in making my self sound good...I want the Spirit to do his thing...I aint gonna rail road nobody, I want them to think about it and count the cost of any decison they make....coming back to doctrine, I can preach it and teach from any angle...as JUDE says - some are snatched out by a kick up the rear and others by pure grace...depends who I come up against....a winner of souls is wise.

Then you do care about your message, therefore you care about doctrine, because doctrine is what you say and print on your tract. Good.

Then why do you say doctrine is not worth it when you are making sure you are telling the truth of the gospel? That's like saying "I don't like eating, but I really enjoy chewing and swallowing food".

I say that because doctrine has been a big stumbling block for many - as so many come with "their own take on it" - I simply let them know in my tract that without Christ you will end up in Hell, But his grace and love is there to be recieved if you so choose, hence salvation of the Spirit - its a mixed bag. but I dont pull any punches or soft soap people. If the bible is true, people deserve to know the whole truth. So I give them the basics. Anything else, can be discussed once I'm done, and that includes the more controversial topics.

For me - the hour is short - I wanna make sure everyone gets the same chance I had - I suppose I live by the rule of - if your religion aint worth sharing it aint worth having. It took someone aged 55, to witness to me at 23, before that NOTHING. I find it astounding.

i dont call it garbage, it has its place, but on the streets....I keep the message very simple.........there is a time and place for everything.
