  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

some people produce more oil on there face then others

washing those oils off constantly will have the effect of more oil more offend and

harder acne to get rid of.
Not saying washing your face is bad because by far it is not anything close to that. it's very good once or twice a day.... not four or five times *haha*

wipes, Noxzema, mint julep mask, Saint Ives black head scrub.
these are gent and very good produces i would recommend to anyone with acne problems

don't for that what you eat effect how your face looks as well there are also food you can eat to help clear up your face.

Being acne prone is more a function of genetics. While washing your face too often may irritate already sensitive and acne prone skin, I don't think it is an actual cause of acne. If you find your face washing routine to be irritating, switch to a soap-free cleanser with no additives. Cetaphil is a great one, it is very gentle. You might also try an all-natural product (I like the Blue Green Algae cleanser and moisturizer from Aubrey Organics.

I have suffered from acne since I was in 6th grade and have tried every single wash, scrub, ointment, treatment, drug, antibiotic on the market - OTC and prescription. Not all acne is the same; if it is a persistent problem you'd be best off seeing a dermatologist.

I have always tried to keep my face clean because I have dry skin so it gets flakey and my skin is also very sensitive (shaving is painful lol).

I never had acne really, I'd get the occasional zit and stuff. But one think I noticed is no matter how much I washed, my nose has always been covered in black head looking things. I try and try but cannot get rid of them. I cleanse them, pop them....everything. Its genetics for sure!

Being Italian I seem very oily and sweaty in my face (probably some joke here somewhere lol). I use skin moisterizer.
