With Monday being Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, ABC’s The View was at the forefront of abusing his legacy and using it to spew hatred and division (so exactly what he stood against). Combined, the blowhard co-hosts suggested that America needed “psychotherapy” so we could look back and learn from our history, lied about people having had their right to vote taken away, and lied about legislation against Critical Race Theory banning educating kids about MLK’s great legacy.

Citing no evidence, Hostin claimed to teach kids about MLK has been outlawed in 20 states:

And I know because nine states, you know, have passed so-called Critical Race Theory legislation, 20 states in our country are passing that kind of legislation, that are children all over the country that won’t learn about Dr. King’s work. His life’s work. The work he gave up his life for.

It's not actually the job of government to teach kids anything.
The purpose of public education was to prepare city kids for factory work.
Rural kids learned jobs skills from toddler age.
But we do offer a free education anyway.

Except that Critical Race Theory is the OPPOSITE of what MLK believed and taught and preached, but the woke liberal establishment is able to deceive because many people are ignorant of what CRT is and where it originated.

Of course, Democrats have been exploiting MLK day all day to promote their propaganda. Nancy Pelosi basically stated that if you weren't against the filibuster, then you were against what MLK stood for. It reminds me of discussions here in which people use the defense of "Jesus would have been against _____ so you must hate Jesus."

Seems like the government would call for an end to misinformation being transmitted on public airwaves. But it won't. The "approved few" will always have a place to voice themselves while the peasants have Facebook censoring them.
