Absolutely Free or Not?

Jesus said nothing to Nicodemus about salvation, he told him about entering the Kingdom of God,,,,

But 'entering the kingdom of God' is about salvation.

a few verses later he discusses eternal life and the conditions are different, believe,,,dont confuse the two

In Mk 16:16 Jesus said he that believeth AND is baptized shall be saved. Lk 13:3,5 Jesus said to repent or perish. Mt 10:32 whoever that will confess Christ, He will confess them before His Father which is in heaven. So we have the necessity of belief, repentance, confession and baptism.
