About to become homeless

My mum and dad split up years ago, I stayed with my mum and my twin brother went with my dad. I visited them every other day though.

So I was up there the other night and got in a big fight with both my brother and dad. They kicked me out and said I shouldn't come round for a while.

Last night, my mum said that I have to pay rent every month, which was fine. She also wants me to back-pay rent for the previous four years. This isn't possible and she said if I can't get the money for tomorrow then I am getting kicked out.

I have absolutely no friends or family to stay with, and very little money. I contacted both the government and a local charity, but they consider me a "low priority". I have tried contacting hostels in the area (and two a considerable distance away) but they need me to be referred to them by the government. The best I can get is an interview in two months to see if I really am homeless.

There is literally nothing I can do but go buy a small tent and find a secluded place somewhere.

Can anyone give me any advice?

You could check Craigs list, they usually have rooms for rent on there. Some of them look real nice. People who are in trouble with their bills renting out a very nice room in a very nice house.

get a tent! it's not that bad, I've done it. look at it as an adventure. some people choose to do it. in fact take the time to travel/backpack. Yeah your situation is raunchy but there's no reason to let it beat you down. good luck.

4 years back would make you 15 years old. As parents we are to provide for our children legally until 18 years old. So legally its one year back pay. I do hope your getting along and that you post back here to let us know how your doing. Praying for you.

Have you checked into joining the Army?

I would talk to a church, I am sure you can find all the help you need there.
Many of them donate foods and goods all the time.
God has a purpose for this, even though you can not see it, HE can.
