Sorry, I didn't notice this error until now. The Salvation Army is by no means a Catholic church. We are Protestant. Your statement leads me to believe that you have never been to a Catholic church before, or you would see the differences pretty easily.

... but then most christian churches are catholic and it is just a word used to class churches!!!

Straight from the dictionary, catholic does have more than one meaning.
