This is a conspiracy theory. The forum rules specifically state:

All news and current events threads must be documented or validated with a link to a credible online news source (articles, not videos) in the original post.

The OP is lacking both.

I don’t think you understand what I was hoping from this topic. I was hoping a discussion about if this is concerning anybody and their thoughts about the topic.
If they were saying that they would ban all uploads that advocated for prayer, I'd be concerned (and I say that as a non-believer). Though as Google/YouTube is a private entity my concern would be far less than if the government said it.

But that's not what YouTube is saying here at all. As others have pointed out they are saying they don't want people posting content saying to avoid being medically cautious and just praying. Imagine if someone uploaded a video that said people should not wear seat belts in cars and instead pray for getting in a car, would there be more or less automobile fatalities. There would be many more. In the same way, people saying don't get vaccinated, don't wear a mask, don't practice social distancing, and just pray could lead to more sickness and death. The news is littered with religious leaders who've done just that and gotten infected (and in some cases) died from COVID. It's a good thing when a platform like YouTube puts a stop to people pushing to increase infections.
Like, where this is leading? Or how they view all these strange rules everywhere has today.
When polio was big in the US, public pools were shut down. Quarantines were in place. There were rules to limit the disease's spread. Sometimes rules are added in unique situations, an this happens to be one of them.
It seems more and more that we have to walk on eggshells what we can ask or talk or do. But if you don’t want to discuss and respect different views then I understand and won’t post this kind of topic anymore. I felt this was my duty as a christian because this was about praying. Shalom.
I'd be more than happy to discuss your views, but your original post was predicated on a misunderstanding: That YouTube was banning prayer when really they were banning using praying in lieu of the most basic medical practices.
