You know when Solomon was going to cut a baby in half to settle the dispute between two mother's over who was the real mother, and the one basically didn't care and didn't react, but was just like "Go ahead" while the other one fell down on her knee's and begged and pleaded in tears with Solomon to please do no harm to the child, but let her (the other mother) have it (the baby) only please let the child live and do no harm to the child, and Solomon judged that the child be given to the mother who begged and pleaded with him to only/just please spare the child, saying that one, that woman, was it's true mother?
Anyhow, I have an ex-wife who would have handled it a bit differently... She would care about the child, but, she would not have fallen to her knee's like the one mother did, nor would she have been indifferent or complacent either, she (and this is just who she is and also why she is no longer my wife) (cause she'll and she does do this to "everybody" including me when she gets upset)...
Anyhow, getting to the point, she would have instantly been enraged and gone on the attack with Solomon personally. Maybe saying something like (loudly and angrily and practically spitting as she was speaking) "YOU CANNOT DO THAT! JUST WHAT IN THE HELL DO YOU THINK GIVES YOU THE RIGHT! WHAT, YOU THINK JUST BECAUSE YOUR A KING YOU CAN DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT! WHY, YOUR NOTHING BUT A "BLANKETY-BLANK-BLANK, I REMEMBER YOU BEFORE YOU WERE A KING... (Then go on some very deeply very personal, extremely deeply cutting attacks till her rage subsided a bit, which could take a while sometimes...)
That's just "who she is" unfortunately/fortunately, she's a bear... I wonder, are their any others out there who would have handled it this way, and, is it, or would it be "wrong"...? And, what would Solomon had done with that?
God Bless!
These two came to my mind about her, she either really does not "want to" or perhaps "does not need to", I needed her to change her ways to be with me, and my mistake was from the beginning, I thought I could change her, I fell in love with her cause i felt pity for her and she was my "project" and she either "would not" or "could not" or perhaps "did not need to" change, (I still wonder) anyways, in the end, I broke it off and let her go... Cause I just couldn't "deal" anymore...
God Bless!
