Thankyou for saying that. Women have not always had their rights in this country, and like it or not it's a WOMAN'S right to choose. (this statement is not related to the father having the right to have a choice; that's another topic). As a woman I don't want one of my rights to be taken away; whether it's wrong or not and whether or not I would take advantage of it, I don't want to lose my right to choose. Men cannot fully understand regardless of how much they might want to or try to. It's not a man's right that's being taken; it's a woman's.

And another thing..I cannot say with 100% assurity that I would not have an abortion if I got pregnant. So what right do I have to tell another woman that she has to continue her pregnancy? If I am not willing to take the baby in the end what right do I have to force her to go through pregnancy and childbirth. *which isn;t the minor inconvience some people like to make it out to be..people have and still do die from childbirth and pregnancy complications*

Do you believe that humans are created in the image of God? Or was that just Adam and Eve? Or no one since you apparently don't believe that they existed. Thus we are all just random biological accidents. In that case, why not kill anyone that is a burden on society? Why not just become a Nazi society?The bible isn;t infallible though. I mean do insects have four legs, rabbits chew their cud? also apparently there is two different creation accounts. These are just a handful of things wrong with the bible. I believe that some of it was definately inspired though and that some of it was just the sayings of men some of which were divinely inspired some of which may not have been. But still there is a big different between saying God created the biological processes which allow a fetus to grow into an infant in the womb and to say that God step by step does the process himself. I believe the former not the latter.

That is pretty much how it always happens.
I'm sorry if people are getting offended (seems like just you right now) but i don't make apologies for any of my statements in this thread. I do not write these things so that people can get that warm and fuzzy feeling in their stomach. My statements come from my world view which is based on Scripture and the Holy Spirit inside of me. If people say things that are in direct opposition to both (like support of the murder of babies) then i speak up against it. And words like ignorance in my mind are sometimes the only ones adequate to describe someone who calls themself a Christian and yet is so clueless on what God's Word says.
So God purposely creates people so deformed they suffer their whole lives? *which are often horribly short* Obviously God can create us cell by cell I personally believe though that he created *through evolution I am a theistic evolutionist* the processes for which we are formed in the womb. But I donlt see how thinking he doesn;t form us *directly at least cell by cell for every human being that is born means he is not Sovern or that he makes mistakes.
But so you believe rabbits chew their cud, insects have four legs and plants came before there was any light? You take literally all the parables of Jesus? Much of the bible was not meant to be taken literally, many of it *like Noah's floods* were likely tales for us to learn lessons from.
But you shouldn;t tell people they are not Christians just because they donlt interpret the bible the same way YOU do. YOU are not God.
