Abiding place

Psalm 91:1

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.

To learn to dwell in God's Presence is a sign of spiritual maturity and intimacy. His shadow is a dwelling place away from all turmoil and strife in this world. A saint masters the art of being in this world but not of it by dwelling in His shadow.

Amen, Amen, Amen!! There are so few people who understand this concept, and fewer still who practice it.

But those who do practice it find peace in the midst of turmoil.

Would it be presumptuous of me to suggest sharing our daily habits that stimulates this abiding place?

Start by being quiet, in order for God to rule us in His peace >

"And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful." (Colossians 3:15)

And do not let our attention be controlled by any ideas or pressures or plans which are not in the ruling of God's peace.

Be real quick to get rid of offense including while driving in traffic. Not a singer. But can keep the Scripture that says make a joyful noise (haha) by humming frequently to an audience of One.
