I was wondering, do any of you know any good exercises to even out both sizes of the stomach?
The reason I ask is that I had to wear something for a long time and now my sides are not even like they should be. One side is the not the other.
I know it can be fixed but I was hoping some of you have some good ab exercises that help besides the average crunch.
