I always wondered where all those cookies went - and then I saw that he never ate any of them but rather just munched them to bits and they fell out all over. BUT I had a toy cookie monster that had a hole in its mouth - now HE COULD EAT!

I suppose one can maintain their faith even in the midst of being homeless in winter with no money for food and no roof for shelter. Perhaps God wants a person to die alone that way?

JESUS died alone and rejected and in shame and in humiliation.

So if that's good enough for Christ, that should be good enough for anyone who follows Him? It is pretty pathetic, though, a person in American society dying alone in homelessness.
