A Tradgedy

A tragic happening hit our little town today. A young man was racing his boat on the Lake when something happened and the drivers shaft went straight through his stomach.
He laid in the boat for an hour before people realized he was in distress. When he was found they covered the boat & he with a tarp until medical help arrived.
They couldn't take him to Bendigo Base by Air Ambulance due to the pressure. Instead he was transported to the Base by road ambulance after being attended to at our local Hospital by our Doctor & nursing staff.
He is in a critical condition.
Please will you pray for him?:prayer:

Oh! How wonderful you all are!! He was alone when it happened Elm. Nobody with him at all. We are all praying for him. He was all alone and, he is only in his 20's.
May God touch and heal him. Let His Mighty Hand be seen to work the miracle of life once again and bring comfort and love to this young man in Jesus Name...amen.

He was alone? Sounds to me like the Spirit of the Lord was right there with him all along - you'd have to call it pretty miraculous that he survived in the boat for so long, let alone the trip and the recovery... It's good to hear of a good ending, in this world of random acts of violence...

My prayers, while late for the event, will be with him for his recovery...

Peace be with you...
Stuart
