A Thread to cure Boreloneliness

Yes I have a serious case of boreloneliness!

That epically dull yuckiness consisting of boredom with a sudden onset of loneliness.

Is there anyone to come to my aid? Bible verses, jokes, chit chat...ANYTHING???

I keep a book of quips, quotes & affirmations (binder of one-liners) some are scripture some poets, celeberity quotes that I can just turn to and I make myself read one or two aloud.

Example: "There is somebody out there who would love to have your life"

Then I use music (upbeat-no sad songs) in addition to aroma therapy and a bubble bath if need be to set my mood.

Then I make a list of at least 3 things I am thankful for today.

I also keep a "punch list" of little small things I want/need to do (might be sew a button on or file some pictures, or send a card to a friend) and I try to make myself do one of those if I'm bored. cause

"If you get busy you get better"

and BF you know it-i feel better..
