God has a life insurance policy for us where we are the beneficiary. The premiums are obedience. And it is never a paid up policy.

Faith without obedience. . .um. . .the opposite of obedience is disobedience. And God compares disobedience to witchcraft. And since we reap what we sow. . .if we sow disobedience then we will reap disobedience and that does not sound like paid premium to me.

How can we have faith in God and live in complete disobedience? If we believe in Him and in His love and plan for our lives, how do we turn our backs on that and say that we still believe?

Hmm! That's very true. If we truly have faith in Him. . .we will obey Him. Disobedience seem to convey the thought that we have more faith in our self and our own thoughts and idea's.

We can try and try to be obedient, but in the end any sin; will separate us from God. Our Life Insurance policy was bought and paid for by the Blood of Jesus Christ, while obedience is a goal, it is not what paid the premiums.

That is true Anthony, but excluding salvation as the main part of the policy, can we expect to reap the added benefits which are in affect only upon obedience in the areas that we do understand and are able to obey? Just a thought?
