Hush, puppies
Your steps are so soft and light.
You hush your steps into the night.
A little more and out of sight.
Let clock count it: tick-tack-toe.
Hush, puppies, it is time to sleep.
And on my walls fairies weep.
They drink dreams as autumn gates screep
In darkness: go, go, go.
Black wind will bring me snowflakes.
Indifference my spirit fakes.
But just the Babel fish it takes
To hear: no, no, no.

Well, it's somewhat sad poem, sorry about that. I came up with it on November night years ago and could not get it off my mind (smth like this ever happened to you?) so I had no choice but to write it down. So I thought I might share it with you just in case you like it
