A safe haven

I wanted to create a place where people could talk about whatever in a judgement free environment. this is about understanding each others paths in life, both where the come from and where they are going. I wanted to get to understand people, how they think feel and percieve one another's thoughts.

Thus this piece of cyberspace is born.

The idea is philosophy, any and all topics are open.

Is there a correct path? Is there a fate, does it all really matter in the end?

I partially believe that there is a fate and free choice, though it comes in strands. you get so many options at one of life's many crossroads, and you make a decision, and you follow it until another crossroad where from there you can tangent, go back, or keep down that road, but until you hit that next fork, you have to follow that road.

This is supported by the idea of creating ripples. one action, no matter how small ( a few supporting words of encouragement, or severe actions, of good or bad) can cause chains of events through time, as you see someone who you inspired driven though your encouragement, rise to a place of authority and wield it and do things that would not have been possible had you not intervened. Anyone's thoughts or opinions?|
