A resource for studying the Bible

Hello to all my brothers and sisters in Christ!

I would like to suggest a book for all those who have questions on how to study the Bible, where to start, what should I read. As well as for anyone who just wants a basic outline of study and reading material in the Bible.

I suggest Tim Lahaye's book "How to study the Bible." It is a great resource that offers wise advise in how to start studying the Bible and points new Christians to easier books in the Bible to begin reading. Tim Lahaye is a well know pastor and author of the Left Behind series. He has been a pastor for over 50 years and has holds alot of knowledge on the Bible.

This book is great in guiding new Christians in their study of God's Word. This book has really helped me alot in outlining my study of the Bible.

Kay Arthur also has one called "How to Study Your Bible." It's pretty good overall. My only complaint is the seemingly constant advertisement of her other resources. (The New Inductive Study Bible and such....) The intentions are good as these are useful tools but it gets tiring after awhile.

The Final Act by G. Steve Kinnard is quite a good book on Revelation.
