Some of you argue that a loving, gay couple can get married on the basis of conscent. Some of you believe that Jesus doesn't condemn homosexuality. But let me ask you a question, Jesus doesn't bring incest up either and he neither condemns incest offenders either.
The New Testament makes no mention of "incest" as a sin just like it makes no mention of "homosexuality" as a sin. So where do some of you get your idea that a loving, blood-relative relationship and marriage is sinful? After all, some of you believe if there is consent between two people, then it is fine, right? So is a loving God permitting of these kind of relationships in your eyes? Perhaps we are to stop blood relatives from falling in love with one another just as some of you believe that we are wrong to stop same-gender couples from loving one another. If you believe it is a sin, then use scripture to back up your beliefs. I will only accept scripture used to justify why you believe it to be a sin.

Simple: physical complications.

Also the fact that love should already exist that's just as powerful but not the same as the romantic love two people can share. You can't love them in a family oriented way but then love them in a romantic way as well. The two can't mix. The Bible technically never forbids pedophilia either, but the lack of consent makes it illawful there. Love is a tricky thing. It can't be mixed with other predestined love and it has to be mutual. You can't decide you love someone if they don't love you back (truthfully. Children generally don't realize what love is). I don't have any problem with non-blood relatives though.

I am talking about about two blood-related couples who do love each other with consent. I'm talking about a couple where both have conscented to love each other and are very passionate for one another.

Actually, I'd think that for a Biblical literalist, the Bible is practically pro-incest, eh? I mean, if you take Genesis to be literally true...where did Adam and Eve's grandchildren come from?

I'm not in favor of incest, but I'm just sayin'.

Adam and Eve were sinners. Also, Genesis makes no mention of the women that came about from Adam and Eve or the women that married Adam and Eve's sons.

What Bible are you reading? You honestly think that they just had two sons and stopped there?

Genisis 5:4
After the birth of Seth, Adam lived another 800 years, and he had other sons and daughters.

To be fair, it never says God created OTHER women or men either. Never. Not once. Also, God planned the recreation process long before Adam and Eve sinned. Eve's sin just made it PAINFUL.

Impossible. I just said, they already have predetermined love. Any other sort of love, let alone intimate love, interrupts that. Whereas in homosexuality, there is only neutral love which almost ALWAYS has to be interrupted and broken with whatever sort of love is meant to replace it. Therefore they're not consenting to love, they're consenting to sex maybe, but not love.

Incest is far more confused than homosexuality. Either way, it still doesn't change the fact that incest is going to have physical complications later no matter how consented it is.

Marriage is a sacrament sealed by God. Regardless of man-made law/paper, there really is no marriage sacramentally in a gay marriage, just sin and adultery.
Based upon your evidence, you fail on all accounts of your debate with that post alone. Where is your credible evidence?

Get to know the facts, you are spreading around misinformation.

You misunderstand what I said: I'm talking about natural and not predetermined love on this incest relationship. And what kind of physical complications would it have?

EnemyPartyII argued with me on the basis on consent and I'm presenting an argument here that is saying "what is two blood-related people had consented to a loving relationship with natural love", would this be a sin?

Playing Devil's advocate:

Genesis 19:30-38
30 Lot went up out of Zoar, and lived in the mountain, and his two daughters with him; for he was afraid to live in Zoar. He lived ina cave with his two daughters. 31 The firstborn said to the younger, “Our father is old, and there is not a man in the earth to come in to us after the manner of all the earth. 32 Come, let’s make our father drink wine, and we will lie with him, that we may preserve our father’s seed.” 33 They made their father drink wine that night: and the firstborn went in, and lay with her father. He didn’t know when she lay down, nor when she arose. 34 It came to pass on the next day, that the firstborn said to the younger, “Behold, I lay last night with my father. Let us make him drink wine again, tonight. You go in, and lie with him, that we may preserve our father’s seed.” 35 They made their father drink wine that night also. The younger went and lay with him. He didn’t know when she lay down, nor when she got up. 36 Thus both of Lot’s daughters were with child by their father. 37 The firstborn bore a son, and named him Moab. He is the father of the Moabites to this day. 38 The younger also bore a son, and called his name Ben Ammi. He is the father of the children of Ammon to this day.

Genesis 20:11-13
11 Abraham said, “Because I thought, ‘Surely the fear of God is not in this place. They will kill me for my wife’s sake.’ 12 Besides, she is indeed my sister, the daughter of my father, but not the daughter of my mother; and she became my wife.

Genesis 28:1-4
Isaac called Jacob, blessed him, and commanded him, “You shall not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan. 2 Arise, go to Paddan Aram, to the house of Bethuel your mother’s father. Take a wife from there from the daughters of Laban, your mother’s brother. 3 May God Almighty bless you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, that you may be a company of peoples, 4 and give you the blessing of Abraham, to you, and to your seed with you, that you may inherit the land where you travel, which God gave to Abraham.”

Literalists believe:
• The Bible is the infallible, inerrant Word of God.
• "Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work." (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
• Leviticus 18 and 20 DO apply to homosexuals living in the 21st century.

Lot, Abraham, and Isaac all married or had children by close relatives, including their daughters, step-daughters, and nieces.

Given that we have this explicitly Biblical model, why should men not be allowed to marry, and have children by their daughters, step-daughters and nieces?
