My Pastors answer is that yes because once the bread becomes JESUS it is always JESUS but no because the mouse does not have a spirit and JESUS is spiritual food that can only be recieved by someone who has a spirit. humans have spirits animals do not

I was going to say the mouse would have eaten Jesus if he'd been a Catholic mouse believing in the Real Presence.

but isn't the real presence there weather the partaker believes or not?

This is interesting actually. One of the Protestant objections to Mass being compared to the Paschal sacrifice is that the Jews were forbidden to drink the blood of the lamb. But, it says in Deuteronomy (just read this the other day actually) that the reason the Jews were forbidden to drink the blood was because the blood was for the soul (Deut. 12:23 Only beware of this, that thou eat not the blood, for the blood is for the soul: and therefore thou must not eat the soul with the flesh:), but Christ's Blood is for our soul
