Would someone who had committed this sin ever want to accept Christ?

Would Jesus turn someone away if they asked His forgiveness?

There are many passages in the Bible about how anyone who comes to Him He will forgive them, but Im just curious?

John 8:24 Jesus said; ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.
The only unpardonable sin today is that of continued "UNBELIEF". There is no pardon for a person who dies in "UNBELIEF".

John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
(NOTE: Anyone that places their BELIEF on/in Christ sin sacrifice WILL NOT be CONDEMNED)
(NOTE: Anyone that REJECTS Christ's sin sacrifice & remains in UNBELIEF WILL be CONDEMNED)

People who have committed the unpardonable sin do want to accept Christ sometimes even though many preach other wise. It's just it will be too late for them.

Jesus does turn away people who want forgiveness. It's many in hell who want forgiveness but again it's too late.
(Matthew 7:21-23 does show that people who wanted him got turned away and they actually thought they were a Christian)

Unforgivable sin is blasphemy against Holy Spirit according to Jesus and it will never be forgiven as it is written. Also it doesn't mean that people who commited it will not be saved. They will. But they will have limited joy in heaven which mean limited Holy Spirit. Because according to bible heaven is joy in Holy Spirit.

Romans 14:17: For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

Mark 3:29: But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:

Very common topic I alredy gave answer to some atheist asking just this today like you .
It's all comming of not understanding what unpardonable sin is .

Unpardonable sin is in short not wanting to be saved and not accepting Holy Spirit to save you when gospel is preached to you. You have to :
a) preacher preach the gospel to you
b) hear the gospel
c) understand the gospel
d)wilfully reject it

The understand part is important , you are not commiting it when you are unbeliever and street preacher is yelling in street and you walk by and ignore him . When God sends somebody to preach it to you then you will know , hear and understand it then accept or reject .
