A Prayer

Dear Father God, I pray that your name may be blessed throughout the earth and the heavens. You alone are worthy of our praise.

Heavenly Father, I pray that you might make your children bold on this board through the power of the Holy Spirit. Father God, there is such darkness on this board in those that come against You and Your redeemed.
It grieves the Holy Spirit that resides within me terribly at times to read the posts of the godless, their lies, their hate, and their rejection of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

I know Lord we are in the latter days and the mystery of iniquity is ever increasing for the prince of the air knows what is to come.

Lord, may I never fail to post your Word which has been forever settled in heaven.

I pray that these children of disobedience might be touched by the Resurrection Power of the Holy Spirit.

Lord, what hath light to do with darkness. May your children never be enticed by the lies of those that have been decieved by the Father of lies.

I pray Father God, that this website and forum might come under the complete and total control of the power and might of Jesus Christ, the only name unto salvation.

Lord, if this website proclaims to be a Christian Forum, should it not glorify your only begotten Son, Jesus Christ.

These things, I ask in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name unto salvation.

I agree, and I think we should make membership Christians-only. I don't know about you but I am sick of saying something and having some athiest come along and say I'm wrong.

First off I have to say I mean no offense to no one. It breaks my heart to see people say lies and other hurtful things about my Lord. But also at the same time, if they weren't on this message board I most likely would not even think twice that there are athiests out there and having them here helps me to remember that I need to pray for them for they know not the peace that God can bring. I figure if they were not on these message boards they might not have any other opportunity to come to know God. Yes, there are some who are here only to say hurtful things and that is something that we can pray that their hurtful words be changed but as for the others who have nothing but respect for us and others but believe in a way that we know in our hearts is wrong, we need to come together and pray for them to come to know God. Somethimes I wonder why an athiest would be doing here on a christian forum and then I think that maybe they don't know either what they themselves are doing here. Sometimes God leads people to places and they don't even know it. This could be God's way of giving them a chance to come to know him, to know his great peace and love. You never know, this may be their last chance. Whenever I see something hurtful written about the Lord, my first thought is, how can this person say things like that. How can they live without God? How can this person not know how great God's love is, how he loves all of us unconditionaly no matter what we do or say. That blows my mind that no matter what I do God is there to welcome me with loving arms never judging me, never letting me down, always merciful and full of grace. So in closing, yes sometimes I get angry at some athiests when they say something hurtful, but I always have to lift them up in prayer and pray that God will lead them to him and maybe I can help in that process . Wouldn't it be great to help lead someone here to know God or anyone for that matter?
