I am a rookie pastor, only at this a very few months, and pray that the Lord will give me the wisdom to deal with a person I must confront. Thank you for your prayers; they mean a great deal to me.

I'd like to add something I mentioned in the women's forum, which is that most pastors have to face difficult situations that go unseen by a large part of the congregation; even if you do not know what challenges your pastors face, I encourage you all to pray for them. They can certainly use your support and prayer just as much as I can.

There will be two elders with me, one who witnessed an incident that is a major part of the problem. As soon as I get some financial information, I will arrange this meeting... I'm hoping to have it soon and get it over with.
