For people who don't care enough to practise good English usage, understand that we do judge you and your abilities. This will fall onto to deaf ears because they wouldn't even read this thread. I am far more likely to ignore those posts. Some here write long, rambling sentences and paragraphs. I won't read those.
I've been called a grammar Nazi, which is sort of a compliment. I happen to think how you present yourself is important.
Something else I tend to ignore is when people post in other colours. We get it; you're special and you need to let us know that what your write is more important than everyone else's prose. Those also get ignored.
I don't need perfection but at least make an effort.
Well I think you have every right to not respond to people you do not want to. I were you I would be very careful because the person you judged, based on their writing on a forum that really has no professional nor economic benifit, might be more qualified and earn way more money then you. Ability has nothing to do with how you speak in a comfortable social setting nor in a forum.
The people that probably don't care maybe probably just don't care enough about the CF because they are out living life and don't care enough. I mean why would I take the time to correct my errors on the CF? Why would I care that you judge me? Why would I care that you feel mine or anybody else's presentation was poor?
Why am I investing this much time in a stranger. I will invest in my boredom and type a comment because I am bored but huh I am not that invested.
