Hi! I'm a newbie too. A couple of people I met on another forum invited me to join over here. I noticed that they have "age-related" forums. I'm 52. So....here I am.

A little introduction- I am married, native Texan, work as a receptionist in a bank, no children...anymore. We lost our 16 year old son in a car accident 6 years ago.

My husband works for an architecture firm in Dallas. Hoping to "meet" some of you guys!

What a warm and friendly thread... so glad I found you.
To briefly introduce myself... I'm a north-central US gal who is
noticing how empty her nest has become (my youngest is still home).

I find great contentment in our Living Savior, and the blessings
of family, friends, and an occupation that keeps me in touch with
others.

Look forward to getting to know new friends here.

Welcome. Sorry the 'empty nest' is a problem I would happily transplant some of mine to you if you like.LOL. I still have 3 adult children at home plus a neice who is bording with me while attending college. Hope you enjoye GE Blessings.Jan
