  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Open letter asks King of Spain not to sign decree allowing aborted babies to be ground up

Madrid, Oct 7, 2008 / 06:35 am (CNA).- Father Joan Manuel Serra, a priest of the Diocese of Sant Feliu de Llobregat, has asked King Juan Carlos of Spain not to sign a royal decree that would modify mortuary policies and would make it legal to use “baby crushing machines” that would be used on the remains of babies aborted up to the seventh month of pregnancy in abortion clinics.

“Your majesty, we are reaching levels of inhumanity that are completely inadmissible and that are putting the very foundation of our society at risk,” Father Serra said.

I think we have about reached the point that if God doesn't destroy what we have made of civilization, he will have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah.

That is incomprehensible and disgusting. Look what is happening now and pray that God will bring us all together because His time of trial is happening everywhere you look.

What on earth?! Under what circumstances would they be required to crush the babies up?? Ugh, feel a bit sick, actually.

Dear Jesus, help us!
I have the same sick feeling reading that. It turns your stomach.

Who in the world crafted this idea to have the King sign? Who thinks up of such evil? This is straight out of a macabre horror flick!

Jesus said a sign of the times is that evil would wax worse and the love of many would grow cold. I'm seeing both escalate to epidemic proportions; as scripture says it would become like the days of Noah.

Paul also gave an interesting statement about those who God turns over to their own desires:
Romans 1:31
Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

I think this is why we're seeing people able to kill & abuse infants; throwing their babies into dumpsters, etc. (who we're called to protect)
and how family members kill and hate one another. Blood ties are meaning less and less to people.

It's eerie how accurate the bible is.

Human sacrifice never went away. The "god" they worship just changed.

In the bible, they sacrificed the babies to molech and chemosh.

Today they sacrifice to their true "god": themselves.

You see, there is nothing trule surprising about this either.

Sinners are evil, and as such, they do whatever it is they think they can get away with. This "law" would never have gotten concocted unless the author of it thought he had enough support to "get away with it".

Similar to "homosexual marriage" in some american states, the mere fact that it ever came to a vote is a litmus test of how wicked the average person in the society really is. If the author of the law did not think they had at least "close to enough" votes to pass it, they never would have presented it in the first place.

Same thing goes for what you see on television and internet. If the authors did not believe they had a sizeable audience, they wouldn't make the programing.

These are tips of the iceberg, when you see "laws" and "entertainment" in various countries like this. There's always been people that evil, its just now they are close to being a majority, therefore the law gets written.

One can only draw the natural conclusion that the same mentality that leads people to commit abortion will eventually lead to them killing the elderly and disabled, and for some of the same reasons.

As stated, this is the tip of the iceberg. An iceberg is about twice as big under water as what you see on the surface, and where you see one roach skitter across the floor, there are doubtles dozens or even hundreds more lurking somewhere nearby...

God help us all, because this generation is truly, "Ever learning, but never able to come to the knowledge of the truth."

But skip down to Romans 2:6,

"(God) will render to every man according to his deeds."

*highlighted some parts :amen:*

fantastic post here. I can't agree more (and it pains me to have to admit it's true today).

Yes I was saying exactly that, the majorities now are in the left category & the sheer numbers of them all are now causing righteousness to be suppressed.
As I see it, this has to happen in order for events to usher in the Lord's return & wrath on the unrepentant who revel in evil.

that is horrific. This quote from one of the comments I totally agree with "Wow, how far we've come that we have to beg abortionists not to put kids in meatgrinders"... such an enlightened age

Now, to pick up my newly woken son without crying...
ya, these are the same type of folks that'll tell you they think the OT
is brutal and evil.

exactly, or that we're unsympathetic and cruel to women in 'need' considering abortion...

Is it just me or is the world insane?
it's not just you -- but I can bet they think we're the insane ones
