Maybe this is just a test to see how everyone will react. Bring out the true colors of everyone involved. To see what he really needs to do. I can be hopeful, can't I, that this isn't chaos, anarkey (however you spell it-no spellcheck), and disaster. I feel like I've been left behind!!! What happened?

How can tell who are christian or not. That are we only know in our heart and of course God Matthew 7:21 - 23, 1 John 3:20 so I agree little with Erwin here
You can't. There are many "wolves" who claims to be a Christian.

I know many are withholding financial support. I can't offset that much, but I've extended my site supporter status til 2016:)
I thought I would never be a site supporter again after my current subscription ended. I thought I was done here, sucked dry, and worn out.

I was wrong.

That's why the Nicene code was handy
The NC does not define who is a Christian. It is man made creed and creeds are unnecessary. We have the Bible and as such the creeds, while a nice way for men to describe what is already in scripture, are simply men's words. We cannot discern hearts. We cannot say who is saved and who is not. According to James we will know and oddly enough James doesn't mention a single creed.

Where was it suggested that preaching the truth was going to be against the rules? I seriously doubt that part of Erwins dreams for Christian forums is that they don't have the Gospel preached.

Which gospel?

The Angel Moroni ???

Of course, I rather be invisible. I retired and quit my other name. Starting fresh and not allowing people to know who I am really.

Agree with my words or you don't rather than battling with me. I am putting the Holy Spirit in place. I am just invisible.

Lol, hiding behind a new name? Is the old one that infamous?

Oddly enough James was the "other" transition from old covenent to new covenent. I don't know what this is except a departure from the truth.

There is, if you will forgive me for this indulgence Raven, a spirit of renewal hovering over the waters.

What are you people angry about, a free exchange of ideas, or are you afraid we're better liars than you?

This will encourage debate, people will see these debates, and whoever has the better arguements wins. That's how it should be, right?

But some of you seem to want it the other way around, a couple of places where you can vent your anger and beat up on some libs and queers, and return to your vast, expansive forums to indoctrinate people into faith.

I've debated in the CO forums, that's what I do, I debate, I argue, and I came here because right-wing Christians don't back down, and most of them aren't as nuts as their right-wing Muslims counterparts, so it's not as angering.

So like I was saying, I've debated with many Christians that stick around in the CO area, and believe me, this will benefit them. Because I see a lot of myths and types of arguements that are almost non-existent in the Open Forums, alive and well in the CO area, because as long the Christians have their intellectual sactuary, their faith will never be balenced with reason, and reason won't be tempered with the good that religion can do.

This is certainly going give me a few new regular forums to check out. :)

You can change your name. You can't change who you are.

If you knew this guy, it's not hard to figure out who he was. ;)

Could be. That would be a masterful plan, but I think it is likely just straightforward. It could end up being an unforseen consequence though. I like the way you think!

There are many here who feel Erwin is being led by God to change things like this. Perhaps, God's plan for this site has not yet unfolded. Perhaps this is a time for separating the chaff from the wheat. Let it be so!

Oh come on, we all know the one who argues the longest win.

You win.
