Well, how does that work on a religious-based forum?
I mean, I would be more than happy to moderate a pagan forum!!

Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.
Well, how does that work on a religious-based forum?As for mods... well, the ability to moderate a forum fairly doesn't depend on someone's religious views.

I just visited that site and the Admin there posted the thread: WHAT HAPPENED in the ANNOUNCEMENTS AND POLICIES forum. Apparently governmental agents from the Saudi Government hacked into the site and accessed the PMs and destroyed threads. Needless to say, the place was left in shambles. The poster Palestine has not been seen or heard of since. He could have been martyred for his Christian faith.
This is sad and really tells how nasty the Islamic authorities can be. There is no freedom in Islam, and if Erwin opens the moderatorship up to Islam, then we can have terrorists onboard who may hack CF too.
This is a real danger.
And when and if Preaching the Truth becomes against the rules?We can either weed them out or preach the truth and pray that the Holy Spirit convicts them to change.

I've seen a Wiccan forum where a Christian was a moderator. And it didn't cause anything bad.Well, how does that work on a religious-based forum?

You really are assuming all have been called to fight (by Erwin's vision) A body is made up pf all parts. Your assuming that his vision to confront pagans is the true way and only way.Then be ready to defend your faith. The armor of God only covers the front side, it doesn't cover the ones that retreat.

Now that is news to me. Hopefully the "quiet" Christians will get elected as well.Looking forward to some changes around here. I applied for a moderator job a while back,and was denied because I did not post/talk enough about my faith and me being a christian.they told me to go to the congregation threads and talk about my religion and reapply in lets say three monthes!!!Although they did tell me that my fellowship skills were great.Being on staff here you have alot of power and I definitely think it was being overused.
