Ok. I have been dealing with a lot of stress lately, and so here is a musing that im not sure how true it is, but maybe if i throw it out there i can get some feedback on it.
"Excess stress is to the soul, what overly-loud music is to the auditory system."
I just say that because ive had so much stress today im purposely taking a breather and trying to chill, even though i could be working on making summaries of my books that i will be having a final over in college, because i have to return them to the library tomorrow. But the point is, one cant just try to overlook the level of stress they have, because im sure ive heard more than one story of people ending up in the hospital because they overloaded themselves and tried to keep going. But i think there is a big split among the peoples about this topic, because it seems so many people just think u can go forever, or maybe its just because they can, and half the time the people who are just not able to handle a lot of stress are taking a bunch of flak and being called lazy and everything simply because they arent like the ones who can do a lot more.
I have begun to start weighing my future stresses (like even though im wasted with stress right now, if i dont do this and this now, the consequences will be far worse and add more stress than i will get from doing it now) kinda thing, but even then, like tonight, somedays i think we just have to chill, even though it may ruin some plans we've had, if we just had a really bad day.
I just wanted people to discuss the topic, maybe give some info if they have found any out there lying around. And give a true or false to the saying i have made up.
