A message from Adam to all of humanity as given to Pastor Rick Joyner!

Where do you personally think that Pastor Rick Joyner got this message?

  • I tend to strongly suspect that his message is from God and is probably true!

  • I suspect that Rick Joyner is one of the most intelligent Christian deceivers.

  • I suspect that Rick Joyner may have been involved in LSD tests in the '60's!

  • OK, that is pretty good...I think I will read it one more time!!!!

I personally am not the world's absolute worst writer but for the life of me I could not come up with a couple of pages representing a message from Adam to all of humanity that could be compared in any way with the message that Pastor Rick Joyner claims to have been given in a visionary dream given to him back in 1995.

To me a message of this calibre could only come from two or possibly three sources....
1. This was inspired by God
2. This was inspired by Satan or a high level fallen angel.
3. Pastor Rick Joyner is an off the scale brilliant writer!

and much about this message pretty much rules out this being inspired by Satan!!!!!

First, why would Adam come to him?

Adam is dead, we are told not to seek to talk to the spirits.

You should take a look at Revelation and see that this is not true according to what is written there.

Isn't this just a duplicate of a recent post of yours about this guy of whom I have never heard? Who is he, What does he do? Where does he do it? Why do you trust his word?

Well, in the post I only gave a couple of paragraphs whereas here I put the entire couple of pages because Lulav mentioned that he did not trust Facebook.....

All that I know for sure is that a good buddy of mine who I respect sent me a link into a portion of his writings entitled The Hordes of Hell Are Marching...I was so impressed that I read it over and over again perhaps four or five times...which I rarely do unless I am extremely impressed.

I shared that link with some of members of the family and they bought me a copy of The Vision a couple of years ago....since that time I have read and re-read the book three times!!!!

Just like you and I and a number of the people Pastor Rick claims to meet in heaven Rick Joyner is capable of going off to the dark side...but at this point in my life.......as a writer, I consider myself unworthy to pick up his sandals or shoes or whatever he is wearing!!!!

Here is the final page or so of the message from Adam to all of humanity:

.........

For the record he also had a two page or so message from Lot and then the Prophet Jonah that was seriously impressive...then he had a message from Abel....before that he had a two or so page message from the Apostle Paul/Rav Shaul that was beyond impressive and should be read by everybody in the Messianic community...in my opinion anyway!!!!!

Excellent questions Lulav!

Back in 1988 when I was 29 and thought that I had pretty much everything figured out I would have considered these questions to pretty much rule out his writings as well!!!!!

Lulav, the only answer that I can give to your questions is that I believe we are going into a new era where the saints will be allowed to interact with the people of God who get to a certain level of consciousness?!

One of the reasons why I trust Rick Joyner is because he openly admits how astonishingly dumb or selfish or cowardly his first reactions usually were to just about everything that he is shown in heaven!

He gives me the impression that he is actually just as much one of the thoroughly less than wise or noble types that the Ancient of Days/The Father tends to lead to Rabbi Jesus/Yahushua!

If Rick Joyner had an IQ of 170+ he would have to be an astonishingly good actor to pull off the humble and transparent act so well!

Because Moses walked so closely with God, he would have lived on had the Lord not taken him.
God spoke to Moses: "You're about to die and be buried with your ancestors. You'll no sooner be in the grave than this people will be up and whoring after the foreign gods of this country that they are entering. They will abandon me and violate my Covenant that I've made with them.

The L-RD buried the body of Moses in Moab. His grave is in the valley across from Beth Peor. But to this day no one knows where it is. deut 34

Enoch walked with Him so closely that the Lord had to take him as well.
And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him. - Gen 5

Besides the fact that he speaks of Moses first and then Enoch and puts it that her had to take Enoch 'as well', this is false to say Moses did not die.

The people are going to decide when G-d shows his mercy? Please show me anywhere in the word that G-d has given this power over to people, other than Yeshua.

Well I was in my 30's back then and the word was the same then as it is today.

I think you should stop spending all your time reading and rereading things like this and instead immerse yourself in the Bible. Deceptions are abounding and RJ is one of the top proponents. Anyone that is involved with the likes of Todd Bentley I would not waste my time on.

If you've ever heard of something known as the Apostolic/Prophetic movement, especially branches of it such as Morning Star, you'll find out about Rick Joyner. Has alot of good material, although alot of his ideology and teachings I sharply disagree with...especially in regards to other figures in the Charismatic movement that he supported/approved of. One can go here , here , here, here and here for more.

Proverbs 18:21
Death and life [are] in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

Lulav, my wife is from Quito, Ecuador so I tend to be somewhat more informed than average as to what has happened over the past couple of decades in South America. I viewed two films titled Transformations 1 and ii several years ago.

A group of believers in the murder capitol of the world at that time, Cali, Colombia, got together and prayed fervently and often for God to take over in their city. They even went so far as to pray over gallons of olive oil and dump it out of a helicopter over their city.

They got their transformation, they got their miracles and it was because they spoke life, and blessing and intervention over their city!

The grandfather of Rabbi Nachman of Breslov had a comprehension of the power of prayer that all of us Messianics could learn a great deal from.

I heard Todd Bentley's sermon "Dark Night of the Soul" and considered it to be one of the deepest, most powerful messages that I had personally ever heard.

Romans 11:29
For the gifts and calling of God [are] without repentance.

I may have misunderstood this scripture but I have gotten the impression that when somebody is given a high calling, they can have times of falling away, that are exceptionally valuable to everybody around them.....once they finally go through the restoration process.

King David's sin with Bathsheba and murder of Uriah is one of the greatest examples. How many major serious sinners such as the guy who had been involved in the slave trade who wrote the song Amazing Grace were inspired by the awesome restoration of King David in spite of his serious sins!

Previous to August of the year 2000 I personally had never met anybody in my life who I could say had a prophetic gift but my wife is so blessed in that way that she was even told in a dream that i was going to be her husband!

She was also told to fast and pray for me for 35 days...She obeyed this order and beginning with the first day of her fast I felt the most astonishing Shalom/peace of mind that I had ever felt in my life...but especially in comparison to the mess that I had been from the year 1990 to 2000!!!!!!

For four weeks she drank only fruit juices for three days per week and for the fifth week only juices for seven days in a row. Rabbi Jesus woke her up early most morning and urged her to pray for me ....sometimes she fell asleep and he woke her up again!

I may be wrong but I do believe that the evangelical Christian community are onto something huge that many of us miss by not worshipping God with singing and enthusiasm that is not necessarily limited to four or five songs!

Psalms 100:4
Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, [and] into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, [and] bless his name.

That was praying for help, not destruction, that is what RJ was saying. I did not say that prayer does not accomplish, nor that he doesn't hear, that is ridiculous to even think such a thing.

They will decide where He shows mercy and where He shows His wrath.
G-d decides whom he shows mercy on, he does not turn that over to mere mankind. To believe that is to believe this is not true.

Told to Moses: " I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion."

The way that Rick Joyner admits to having messed up horribly regarding a homeless man named Angelo who had a huge calling, but even Rick Joyner himself rejected him, sure impresses me as genuine humility and conviction regarding his own former way of judging people!

On the other hand if we humans who are trying to follow our Messiah to the best of our ability are given a significantly higher level of genuine love for the lost it stands to reason that our words might soon carry more weight.

Do you think that it was simply out of a human desire for vengeance that the Prophet Elijah asked God to send a drought on Israel?

Why do you think that he had the impression that he was the only surviving follower of HaShem in the northern Kingdom of Israel?

I believe it was because Queen Jezebel had succeeded in convincing her husband to martyr so many of the sons of the prophets that the remaining few were hiding away as well as they could and were even scared to attempt to contact Elijah!

King David prayed fervently for HaShem to intervene and judge the enemies of Israel and he was answered...partly because he genuinely loved foreigners who were humble and showed genuine interest in learning truth.

Please, don't even put King Davids name in the same sentence as TB.

David may have been a sinner like everyone else, but he was not a deceiver, or false prophet. He repented and was forgiven. This is not about adultery, that was just some icing on the cake of what is TB.

I do not support the rantings of someone who tells others to believe in the angel, that make false prophesies, that kick people supposedly because 'god' told him to.

Deut speaks about false prophets, and Jeremiah as well:

Yeah, G-d said this

Back in 1979 at the Festival of Tabernacles held in Charlottetown, P.E.I., Canada by the Worldwide Church of G-d I heard an amazing sermon asserting that G-d had very different plans for the northern kingdom of Israel...but because Elijah chose to run away from the armies of Queen Jezebel....the opportunity for G-d to perhaps inspire the northern kingdom to return to H-m was missed.

1Kings 19:9 ¶
And he came thither unto a cave, and lodged there; and, behold, the word of the LORD [came] to him, and he said unto him, What doest thou here, Elijah?

1Kings 19:13
And it was [so], when Elijah heard [it], that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, [there came] a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah?

The pastor who gave the sermon postulated that perhaps G-d had wanted to do some miracles comparable to what occurred in II Kings chapter 1 where two captains of fifty and their fifty, were devoured by fire from heaven. His theory is that because Elijah had been depressed and weak and had chosen to run away a window of opportunity had been missed to delay the captivity of the northern kingdom of Israel by the brutal Assyrian Empire?!?!

To me this sounded like an exceptionally good theory on how our decisions and our words affect everybody around us.

I like this idea a whole lot better than the idea that everything is programmed in advance.

Sounds nice, although it really doesn't address what I noted in regards to Rick Joyner/some of the concerns others have had. And fasting/ascetic practices are not something that others are against not was that in question. Additionally, one can be as enthusiastic as possible and yet it means nothing if the Word of God does not support what goes down. Plenty of places that had the Joy of the Lord and yet they noted that dancing/praise and worship mean nothing when one isn't walking according to the scriptures...

But all that aside, again, what was noted in the post wasn't really what I was speaking of in regards to Joyner.
