  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Take a man and put him alone.
Put him twelve thousand miles from home.
Empty his heart of all but blood
Make him live in sweat and mud.
This is the life l have to live.
And my soul to the devil I had to give.
You have your parties and drink your beer
While young men are dying over here.

Plant your signs on the White House lawn.
“Let’s all get out of Vietnam”.
Use your signs and have your fun
Then, you refuse to use a gun.

There’s nothing else for you to do
Then I’m supposed to die for you.
There is one thing that you don’t know
And that’s where I think you ought to go.

I’m already here and its too late
I’ve traded my love for death and hate.
I’ll hate you till the day I die
You made me hear my buddy cry.

I saw his leg, and the blood he shed.
Then I heard them say, “This one is dead”.
It was a dear price for him to pay
To let you live another day.

He had the guts to fight and die,
To keep the freedom you live by.
By his death, your life he buys
But who gives a damn if a young Marine dies.

Too bad this poem has no meaning to 99.9% of Americans, and few others in the world. Not long ago an apostate told someone I love that I was insane and had lost my mind in the war. But this "sane" person was not there. No this psuedo-intellectual with the yellow streak was too busy hiding behind his ideals and teaching to others subjects he, himself, does not know.

My heart cries for the suffering and the loss of innocent lives in their teens. But they were not boys! They were MEN, who knew the real meaning of love and devotion. I salute them, and I love them, and I hope to see most of them in Heaven.

As for the others, well, I pray God will extend his mercy and saving grace to them. May they too become Men and Women, who have discovered LOVE and are on their way to Heaven.
