a man with an axe?

i had a dream last night. i am not too sure if this is just random or not. but in the dream i was in my bedroom and i felt an evil presense. I looked out my window and saw a man in our garden with an axe chopping down all the trees and bushes in our garden. I was shocked, so i ran to my mum and said "mum do you know theres a man with an axe chopping down all the trees in our garden?" and she replied "i know darling. I know who he is". From this i was alson shocked and i went to look at the man through the window again and i felt for real that there was not somthing right about him that he was either a demon or had demons...you know what i mean?

but anyway my mum is a christian but stopped going to church since i was 12. i felt god was trying to speak to me about my mum in the dream.... can someoen help me?

samsonknight for sure not random, way to much symbolizm. do you remember reading in Gen. when Adam and Eve were made to leave the garden God placed the two cherubum with flaming swords to protect the Garden--tree of life. when your mother pulled away from the church she pulled away her protection from the enemy, you could say she opened the gate to her garden and allowed the enemy to cut down the garden. the world can really beat up a person and one can get very discouraged and down and a person gets discouraged with the church for the things they may not completly agree with. however a person needs to assemble with others who are in the same battle, those who are not standing with the world but against it, they need to assemble and edify--lift up one another so they can go back out into the world and stand strong again against the enemy. without the edifing from others we will weaken and become overcome, when we pull ourselves away from assembling with other christians we are losing being edified by others in the same battle and allow the enemy into our garden our life. i would encourage you to bring your christian friends to your mums so she is assembled with others in the same battle she needs and will always need to be edified by others as was the purpose of assembling in the beginning.

thankyou. i thought this had somthing to do with the enemy. i will take that in mind.

i think i know what you mean and what god is trying to tell me. to get rid of this man(the enemy) and show ehr love... and also to get her to church every sunday and to get to know my friends and to know others.

yes even if she wont come to church bring church to her, have other christians come to gether at the house and call it bible study,birthday party whatever excuse you can use to get her around other christians, somehow some way get her around other christians be it at her house or at the chuch building. can you teach her to use a computor if so there are many areas on this CF that would help to edify her. CF is an assemblie of christians.
