There was a minister who wanted to be a more effective communicator in his church. He felt the best way to be a more effective communicator was to live an example to others. So after the service one day, he greated all the congregation at the door while they were leaving,but noticed a little 12 year old boy looking at all the pictures on the wall in the foyer. Now the minister thought to himself set an example and communicate with a member of the younger generation. so the minister said to the little boy,` You know,those are all the courageous men and women who died in the service.` And the little boy looked up at the minister and said,`was that the 9.oo or the 11.o`clock service?`

A very traditional church was having a sunday service. One of the elders stood up to read the bible readings when he found that the microphone wasn't working. He said

"There is something wrong with this microphone"

and the congregation responded...

"And also with you."
