Turns out its not poison ivy/oak/sumac, its actually some form of fungi spores that create a similar looking rash.

Try some tea tree oil. It does sting though.

I'm doing a lot better, the vinger burned like hell, but it kicked its butt. My face is mostly back to normal beyond all the skin peel.

I've never heard of tea tree oil before.
