A Friend is Missing

A friend is missing tonight. She is going through a very messy divorce.  We've checked her business, her home, her cell phone, everything.  We sent another friend to her business to check on her and she's not there, everything is locked up.  We haven't been able to contact her for over 24 hours and this is very unlike her.  The last time this happened, somehow she ended up locked up in the mental ward of a hospital.

Please join us tonight in prayer that she is returned to us safely from wherever she is.

Thank you so much.  She still is not found.  We have a friend who checked all local hospitals.  Another friend had her husband check the police databases to see if her name, birthday, etc came up... we got nothing.  Her business is still closed, which considering the holiday, is not unusual.  We are attempting to get her parents and son's information to try to find them and possibly help us locate her.

I wanted to thank everyone who prayed for the safe return of my friend. She returned from wherever she was... we still haven't gotten a full explanation, but sh is back and she is safe. It seems that she realized that she would be missed if she simply disappeared for a few days and promised not to simply vanish again. Thank you, thank you, thank you all for your support. I admit, this was harder than I wanted it to be. I know she is going through a rough time right now, doesn't feel anyone really cares for her and is even questioning her existance. Mine is not to judge, but just to be there for her, pray for her and love her.

I hope her retreat helped her. Sometimes a person going through a stressful time just needs to get away. But it would have been nice if she had let someone know, huh?
