But Matthew 7 does teach about good fruit and bad fruit. Same-sex unions are bad fruit as they are contrary to God's purposes and error. Gen 2, 19, Lev 18, 20, 1 Tim 1, 1 Cor 5-7, Romans 1 etc.

So those portions exist in a vacuum wholly separate from the rest of the Bible and history, there's no context and they're not connected to anything other then what you want them to mean?

Dear tulc,
Those passages dont address same-sex unions directly. Indeed they do refer to not judging people, all the more reason we look to what Jesus NT teaching says about same-sex unions rather than what you or I think of each other's point of view.

Yet again you are attributing Paul's writings as being of the mind of Jesus, Phinehas. This is simply not true. Homosexuality per se evidently never entered the head of Jesus since He personally was not recorded as having addressed the issue at all. You would do better to refer to PAUL's teachings about same-sex unions (if INDEED Paul DOES address same-sex unions as per the subject of this sub-forum) instead of giving the wrong impression that Jesus spoke THROUGH Paul. If anything, that could be regarded as blasphemy on your part.

Jesus is Jesus and Paul was Paul. One is divine and the other was not.
