  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

A code needs a coder.

You know, all you gotta do is show us how DNA evolved the extreme complex characteristics....

But you refuse to do so.
Just so you know that you're not getting away with that nonsense.

As to "extreme complexity," characterize it it terms of Kolmgorov complexity and I'll show you how it is within reach of a continuous-time Markov process like random variation and selection. Here are the equations; go for it.

I have...or can you show me an example of a code that didn't have a code maker?

According to Wiki...there is a genetic code.

The genetic code is the set of rules by which information encoded within genetic material (DNA or mRNA sequences) is translated into proteins by living cells. Translation is accomplished by the ribosome, which links amino acids in an order specified by mRNA, using transfer RNA (tRNA) molecules to carry amino acids and to read the mRNA three nucleotides at a time. The genetic code is highly similar among all organisms and can be expressed in a simple table with 64 entries.

yeah....and? Again we have good evidence it could come about naturally, and once it does, it's just chemistry, you have to show that it can't come naturally, and done nothing but go, "Lalala this isn't possible>" funny how the people researching it don't buy that. Your line of argument fails, because it isn't going to convince anyone that knows even the slightest bit about evolution. That's why you guys wil fail time in and time out, I understand how evolution and abiogenesis and such works, so all your arguments are meaningless to me.

As you see...it = 0.
Evolutionism fails again.

So, when you get around to showing how evolutionism can evolve such complexity....we'll all be here.

Beep, beep back the truck up...you understand how evolution and abiogenesis and such works???

Really? You undertand abiogenesis???
You understand how evolutiuonism works yet can't explain how mutations add up?

...I have to assume you were joking.

I just did, but you can't do the math.
Once again, complexity as it applies to molecular biology is defined mathematically. Just saying "it's too complex" is ignorant nonsense.

Ummmm we already have, multiple times.

Mutations happen all the time, EVERY birth has mutations, over time they add up, and ocasionally hit something novel, some times bad, but most of those never survive to even be born.

Get a few neutral mutations that don't effect the gene, but add a mutation that benefits from the neutral and bang, new novel feature. These things add up. Plus most things in evolution especially from monkeys to humans doesn't require massive changes to alot of things, just minor changes to what is already there.

You can claim that to be the truth all you want to....but demonstrating you have the truth is something you need to work on.

I don't need to demonstrate anything. You asked a question and I answered.

Echo-location didn't evolve.

Your problem is demonstrating that so-called beneficials can add up and create such things as a dolphins echo-location system. Once again you assume they can....but never shown how outside of your coloring book version.

Mutate, survive, breed, repeat.

It's not hard and it's not rocket science.
