I think that would be great. I have seen so many of these Chatbots on the net. A Christian one would be great. Perhaps a great way to witness to others.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

However, this website a lot more problems that need to be fixed before (re)implementing a bot.

While it is still very much in its infancy, and requires a lot of input from our visitors, I hope that some of you will enjoy the WordWeaver Christian Chatbot, will find it a blessing, and will help to improve its response capabilities by chatting a lot with it so that I can sharpen and focus its response database.

Good question. I would think that it is either a forum where the discussion concerns chatbots, or where a chatbot automatically responds to messages posted by the forum users. The WordWeaver Christian Chatbot is a one-on-one experience, and is not a forum. It is just you interacting with the bot.
