A can't remember the artist and song title help!

I have this song that I heard many years ago and all I can recall are some of the lyrics (and even that recollection is sketchy). It was around the early to mid 80's, I think. I am hopeful if I write out what I think that the lyrics were someone might be able to help me remember the song title and artist name. I've googled it, yahoo'ed it, and searched through countless numbers of online music databases trying to find it. I have some faint recollection of the title of the album being along the lines of 'Hands to the Plough' or 'Hands to the Tiller', but I can't be sure about that.

It was a duet by the way....

I'll have search through using those search engines, but I haven't had much luck getting hits on search engines.

My current hope is that someone will recall that artist and album from the lyrics.
