  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Greetings

I am new to this forum so I am not sure if this request has ever been asked before.
After viewing many theads and been invloved in some regarding some fairly hot topics it has come to my attetion that that are many hurting and confused people here ( including myself ). So many beliefs on what Christainity is. There is only one. His way.
I am not going to go into what my beliefs are nor I am concerned about anyone elses. The devil has put confusion into many hearts. God is not the author of confusion. The devil lies to us all whether you are Christian or not.
I would like to ask for a call to prayer on June 9th for God to release us from the enemys grip and to put the truth in all our hearts.There are many hurting people here. We are all looking for the truth. We are all looking for healing either in our physical bodies or in our hearts. The LORD can do this. Lets give Him the chance.
I know with time zones doing it at the same time would be nearly impossible but I feel that if we all pick this date the Lord will act.
Please email your friends and let as many people know regarding this. The Lord has laid this upon my heart. Lets call on Him let Him heal hearts and bodies.
