There are nine justices on the Supreme Court. They are perfectly capable of responding to the Department of Justice as they have done in cases in the past. SC told Trump that his administration needs to do it's duty to return this person the USA, his deportation was illegal and he had no due process. Trump admin refuses. As I understand it the DOJ inquired as to what they meant by "facilitate" and the Supreme Court has not answered. What lengths does the Supreme Court want Trump to go to in order to remove a citizen of El Salvador from a prison in El Salvador? What rights to foreign countries have to demand the removal of U.S. citizens to their country? The Supreme Court may very well be considering that question.

Where is that motion of a Trump clarification of what the court means by "facilitate"?

Don't you think it is time for the leaders to stop? Shouldn't Jewish students be allowed to attend class without harassment? No one should be threatening Supreme Court justices or shooting health care CEOs in the back or preaching violence against President Trump. Violating a person's civil rights is not Constitutional; due process would be. The lower courts are not even trying to "run the presidency" but when the presidency commits flagrant violations of the law, well, that is exactly what the courts are there to remedy. Have you read the Constitution? Deporting citizens, even horrible ones, is unconstitutional.
