The vast majority of violence and violent rhetoric comes from the left. It's not violent to object when teachers hide information from parents, to the extent of changing gender! Nor is it violent to point out the attacks on freedom of speech. You don't see Trump threatening the lives of Supreme Court justices.
Saying so doesn't make it true.

The Supreme Court has made no such accusation. Let's see if they have anything to say.
What? The Supreme Court says that the government needs to make the needed steps to bring back a person illegally deported to another country and sent to jail there, without any evidence of a crime, with the said administration admitting that it was a mistake, and Trumps response is essentially "LOL, we ain't gonna do anything, go *bleep* yourself SC." and your response is "well we can't say that Trump is defying SC orders"? I know you're a fan of the person and don't seem to personally care about the state of your democracy but come on! The man says "no" directly to the order and even says that US citizens could/should be deported to jail there instead of going through the process in the USA.

Then it's not violent to call trump a facist dictator, especially given the first 3 months, or racist nazi's following him given how many did.

There are nine justices on the Supreme Court. They are perfectly capable of responding to the Department of Justice as they have done in cases in the past. As to Trump's comments, I share Trump's sentiments about those who hit little old ladies with a baseball bat or push people on the subway and feel the same way. As he said, he would only send them if legal.

A prominent Democrat leader came close to causing the killing of Supreme Court justices.
Propaganda, alternate bizarro world demagoguery. "Reap what you sow" - the Supreme court justices have not sowed assassination.

Not my question or point. We are adult human beings, we are capable of forming thoughts. SC told Trump that his administration needs to do it's duty to return this person the USA, his deportation was illegal and he had no due process. Trump admin refuses. Ergo, they ignored the SC and told them off essentially. You do not need the SC to tell you what plainly happened.

Let's see what the SCOUTS does or doesn't do.
I would think Roberts knows the executive branch outright ignoring their rulings is the start of a precedent.
Or maybe he thinks this is just a one off and washes his hands of it.
That would be another miscalculation.

Actually Trump was asked to "facilitate" the return. There is a question over what that means.

Actually they asked Trump to "facilitate" the return. The Trump administration did not "refuse." As I understand it the DOJ inquired as to what they meant by "facilitate" and the Supreme Court has not answered. What lengths does the Supreme Court want Trump to go to in order to remove a citizen of El Salvador from a prison in El Salvador? What rights to foreign countries have to demand the removal of U.S. citizens to their country? The Supreme Court may very well be considering that question.
Where is that motion of a Trump clarification of what the court means by "facilitate"?

Did you even read the article you posted?

The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office obtained a search warrant and found material on Casap’s phone related to the “The Order of Nine Angles,” which is “a network of individuals holding new-Nazi racially motivated extremist views,” according to court documents. They also found photos and communications referencing a self-described manifesto regarding assassinating the president, making bombs and terrorist attacks, according to investigators.
A three-page document the FBI found called for Trump’s assassination to create a political revolution in the US and “save the white race.”
“As to why, specifically Trump, I think it’s pretty obvious. By getting rid of the president and perhaps the vice president, that is guaranteed to bring in some chaos,” one excerpt from the document said, according to the affidavit.
The document also contained images of Adolf Hitler along with the text: “HAIL HITLER HAIL THE WHITE RACE HAIL VICTORY.”

Tell us again which Democrat [sic] leaders are pushing this pro-neonazi, pro-Hitler rhetoric?

“Did you even read the article you posted? “ This question is frequently asked.

There is a tendency among some users in this forum to read only the headline and not reading the full article, and then start threads that criticize Democrats and liberals.

Out of respect for those individuals and to abide by the TOS of the forum, I will not name them. However, this has become a pattern where some start threads with headlines that contradict the body of the article. There should be a rule in the TOS to close such threads.

Counterpoint: They do make some of the most delicious threads though (not withstanding the horrors of the contents of the articles).

As he said, he would only send them if legal.
Why say that at all considering that it IS illegal? He may have said that just to further open the Overton window.

He was sent to the El Salvadorian gulag not by mistake but deliberately, against multiple court orders.

Don't you think it is time for the leaders to stop? Shouldn't Jewish students be allowed to attend class without harassment? No one should be threatening Supreme Court justices or shooting health care CEOs in the back or preaching violence against President Trump. There are always people on the fringes and they don't need to be encouraged.
I concur. And you posted an example of someone on the Far right, encouraged by the far right....

So in trying to prove your point with that article, you proved the opposite.

The Act is Constitutional, and lower court judges have no authority to try and run the presidency.

Violating a person's civil rights is not Constitutional; due process would be. The lower courts are not even trying to "run the presidency" but when the presidency commits flagrant violations of the law, well, that is exactly what the courts are there to remedy. Have you read the Constitution? Deporting citizens, even horrible ones, is unconstitutional.
