others are going to come later on. but i think it's important to remember that 1 Corinthians 1:7 says we do not lack any spiritual gift. God has giving us His seal of the Holy Ghost. and that's what is important the most.

Well today I did give a homeless man some money - I remembered the whole *LOVE A BEGGAR* analogy - I did more look at his as a brother rather than a stranger. So giving in that sense - I should have said as I gave him to money *Go with Christ* but I just said *Here* as I gave.

But I have a long way to go.

CELIBACY is something that is growing on me - cos I see things different now (as you know).

I hate to admit it (but we are open here) things like................................masturbation I did do - but since everything all of that has become very unattractive.

I think as well cos I heard somebody on YouTube (Christian) say if you participate in all of that it means you are not ready for any marriage - and it made me really think. So yeah.

Again I have a long journey. Baby steps.

Teaching - well that is my job - but teaching in the BIBLICAL sense - I am no where there - I play my position and listen!

Doing the test now will post you my results.

Some questions are not quite applicable to me due to my position but I answer best I can!

1. Well I do think in certain areas I am growing spiritually.

2. I do like your stories (TRUTH OF COURSE) you are walking - ya fruits dropped - picked them up in the rain - smile on your face =D you're cute haha

3. Well tbh you don't NEED a church to teach - mean clear to me you know your stuff and you are able to spread wisdom and knowledge to people all over - including a guy from *GREAT* Britain =] I mean teaching the Bible (for me is massive responsibility) cos can't really teach what you FEEL must teach what the WORD SAYS - and this is where ordained teachers and pastors will have a harsher judgement I think cos they are the face of the Lord (if you get what I mean) I am happy to learn and read and analyse myself!

I think some questions hard to answer at this stage - cos I don't speak to people in public (as you know) I think if I did this questionnaire in 6 weeks time - it would be a different person!

Again - I am in process! Baby steps!

What I will say - from doing that test - makes me realise how I have to step up in general (forget talking to women) just over all - cos the main goal to not be scared to speak about Christ to people.

My only thing I wouldn't do it at work UNLESS SOMEBODY ASKED ME SOMETHING cos I just feel work is a place I keep myself to myself.

What spiritual gifts do you see at work in your life?

I do remember once after taking an aptitude test for this kind of thing back in college that I ended up with "prophecy" and "mercy" as likely candidates.

Yeah, right, on the prophecy. I am a conditionalist Christian AND barely have any interest in "end times" events.

I suppose I can see the mercy and charity part, now. Still pale in comparison on that front to many Christ-believers I have seen in action, though, of course.

I have this very strange gift, causing electrical / electronic disruption over a wide area.

I have a bit of mental control over it but try my best to suppress it.

Most of my work is done on a computer / phone. But it would also affect cars (they're basically run by computers these days) and I drive at least once a week, running very important errands. YOu can see the irony of the situation.

In rare occassions, I would look at the computer screen and wherever I look at the screen, the images would glitch. It's like I'm interfacing with the computer in some way (completely without any physical connection) but not in a very helpful way at the moment. The gift seems to be adapting / evolving as time goes by.

I don't wish to risk a demonstration (just for the fun of it) as it sometimes can corrupt the computer's Operating System (OS) or even cause permanent damage to its physical components. Even I'm at a very far away place, it could affect the computers I use. Some elements of Quantum Mechanics seem at work here.

I'm not totally sure what all my spiritual gifts are but I guess celibacy would be one of them and maybe craftsmanship. I took the test and I got:

Exhortation - 9

Giving - 11

Leadership - 10

Mercy - 10

Prophecy - 8

Service - 14

Teaching - 6

Erm, there's some gross assumptions and misconceptions here leaning towards a charismatic / continuationalist slant, the opposite to cessationism. I'm not sure if this intentional. Are aware of this ?

"Cessationism, in Christian theology, is the view that the miraculous gifts of the Spirit, such as healing, tongues, and prophetic revelation, pertained to the apostolic era only".

See https://www.theopedia.com/cessationism; wiki, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cessationism; RTC article, http://www.rtc.edu.au/RTC/media/Documents/Vox articles/Cessationism-BB-60-1995.pdf?ext=.pdf

E.g. 'Tongues' or glossalia refers to speaking in a known language (not unknown gibberish), hence being able to 'translate'. Proof is in Paul's commandment not to speak foreign languages without a translator, also the context of Acts / Omer is of the HS bringing Gentiles (Greeks and other Mediterraneans) into Jewish synagogues, where they were cross-communicating, one man speaking Hebrew and another man hearing it in Greek ! -- This is the real work of the HS. Anything less is counterfeit.

"If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret. But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God." (1 Corinthians 14:27-28)

Doing the will of God isn't presumptuous, subjective, speculative, etc, it's undeniable and clear cut, unavoidable, destined, etc. Fate, destiny, things we cannot avoid even if we tried.

The Psalmists warning is to, "Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins." (Ps. 19:13)

E.g. Balaam the prophet of error went against God travelling to the Princes of Moab, and God rebuked him via an angel who blocked his path, and via his donkey who spoke. See, Numbers 22:21-38, Bible Gateway passage: Numbers 22:21-38 - King James Version

Similar for Moses and Ezekiel and other prophets who were RELUCTANT to do God's will. God chose them, but they initially had no interest, terrified really. -- The opposite of false prophets, false teachers, and false ministers, nowadays, being presumptuous, cocky, glib and deluded.

False prophets are the opposite to Moses was afraid of the rejection by the Elders of the Children of Israel: "They will not believe me, nor hearken unto my voice: for they will say, The Lord hath not appeared unto thee." (Exodus 4:1)

"And Moses said unto God, Who am I, that I should go unto Pharaoh, and that I should bring forth the children of Israel out of Egypt?" (Exodus 3:11)

Similar story for Ezekiel, Gideon, Saul, Jonah, and Jeremiah…

Likewise, for the Lord himself, albeit devoted to his mission voluntarily was still found to be weeping in the garden of Gethsamane, in 'reverant submission' (eulabeia) according to Scripture.

Hence, "For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me." (Jn. 6:38) "My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death" (Mt. 26:36) "And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt." (Mt. 26:39)

Doing God's will, is almost certainly not something we choose, but rather what the Father has already chosen for us, e.g. born into, by family situation, circumstances in the world, politics, geography, etc.

It's not like saying, I 'work at a bank' + I have the 'gift of prophecy' so I suppose I'll combine the two and preach Revelations to my customers. No. God doesn't work that way. Apart from breaching terms in an employment contract (and mis-serving your employer), to even think along those lines would be to undermine God's sovereignty by setting yourself up as lord over your life, defining your life yourself, doing whatever you want to do. A combination of determinism and mysticism.

False teachers dabble in this arena: The Word Faith Movement, Prosperity Gospel, incantation, secret societies, Christian cults, Kaballah, mystics, The Secret, The Power of Now, Eckhart Tolle, etc…

For instance, the Word Faith Movement mantra is "Say it; do it; receive it; tell it." and "They teach that Christians must claim the grace God has promised them, whether in material goods, health, social position, or roles within the church." See, https://www.theopedia.com/word-of-faith.

Question 1 in your survey is already a giveaway: "I am able to sense the direction God desires for His people to move and share it with others." -- Believers live according to SCRIPTURE. No one has the power to 'sense the direction of God' but God himself, i.e. the Most High god, being sovereign and omniscient. No one can categorically 'sense' anything about God unless it has been revealed by him in Scripture, by evidences in life (as Isaiah warned Judah that her sin would bring captivity at the hands of Babylon, and later Daniel realised this was HIS LIFE, so he responded in repentance, dressed in 'sackcloth and ashes'), or through direct prophecy (which ended absolutely with the final chapter of Revelation -- Nothing to add, nothing to subtract).

Prophecy ended at Revelation: "If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:" (Rev. 22:18)

Your position is also academically untenable, being unreferenced, un-cross-referenced internally with other books in Scripture.

Scientifically, the 35 questions are novel at best, hardly valid for any serious and proper statistical test, with propper sample size, distribution, etc, needing a frequency of 100 of the same type of question, at the minimum. Most high school exams or HR aptitude tests would trump this with well over 100 questions. See details here, Frequency Test. Thus, your test is a TOY that I wouldn't take seriously, practically a ouija board.

I've been down your road before... it's not healthy... I would recommend you avoid self-assessed personality / pseudo-psych / spiritual gift tests, which are like fortune tellings and star sign readings, all of which we are discouraged and prohibited from doing by Scripture.

"O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called: Which some professing have erred concerning the faith. Grace be with thee. Amen." (1 Tim. 20:11)

Shalom and blessings
